Recently I downloaded a free FTP utility called Classic FTP from NHC Software. Their support doesn't seem to respond as I saw series of user comments about this. I was thinking of buying WSFTP; but I see it has the same problem. An from the looks of this, Ipswitch support doesn't seem to be responding. I guess I'll look elsewhere or maybe go back to command line. A few months ago the transfer started timing out. We're not talking about huge files here - the largest is under 40mb. I've tried everything I can think of, including reintallling software. It's weird: small little files zip right along, but anything over a meg or so will time out at 32kb or thereabout. The techs we use are baffled; all our connections, routers, etc., are fine.
