I just tried out the virtual tech support. I found it to be quite user friendly, but in the end it only came up with one solution for me (which did not solve the problem.)

I consistently have problems when uploading files. They seem to pause after a short time. They then either time out or have errors (if they eventually finish the upload.) The Virtual Tech Support suggested that I may not have enough space on my server, but I know for a fact that I have plenty of space.

If anyone has had similar problems or knows of a solution I would be most happy to hear it.

Thank you.

New -- Ipswitch Virtual Tech Support

Hi all,

We're trying out something new on the WS_FTP Home Support website: a Virtual Tech Support agent in which you can express problems and questions in your own words, without having to figure out the right search terms for the knowledge base. It will present solutions, ask clarifying questions, and link directly to the Tech Support email form if it can't find the solution you're looking for.

If you're here to try and solve a problem, take it for a spin from the WS_FTP Home Support Center: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/ws_ftp/home/index.asp

It's brand new and may have a knowledge gap here and there , so if it doesn't help you toward a good solution, please give it your feedback, or post here.

Thanks,

mb
