Any idea why this is happening?

Can I set Up Dependencies in Whats Connected before exporting the map to WhatsUp Gold? I am trying to figure out how I can use Whats Connected to update maps then export to WhatsUp Gold without having to reconfigure monitors, dependencies and other properties that already exist.

Thanks

Cisco ATA not recognised

First of all it's a great product, and I'm currently working on management to get some money released :-)

Small gripe - it does a cool job of recognising all out Cisco IP Phones, but it cannot work out what our Cisco ATA's are. They are standard Cisco ATA186I2-A devices, so I would have expected them to show correctly, but they show as unknown. Am I missing something obvious here?

Thanks

Simon Bradley
