I have seen a "never" error so follow the information in the KB to see if it resolves the issue:

New Error Message

I have just started getting an error message when trying to start WS-FTP Pro (under Windows XP SP3)

The error message box is small and has the word "Next" only. Under Task Manager - Processes, there is a "wsftpgui" process running but WS-FTP does not work. I have restarted my PC and turned my firewall off (Zonealarm) but to no avail.

Has anyone hit this problem previously
