So please help me out.

Most of my clients are on a hosting environment that does the backup procedure all by itself. But now I have a customer that has it's own hosting and really bad backup facilities (as He learned last Friday the hard way).

So I was willing to help him out and do the backup facility from my office environment and use the Backup utility from Ipswitch 2007-1 pro. But the following is happening:

- the source is set as remote site <remotesitename>:/
- The destination is set to my local server.

This sets successfully to the root path of the remote site. But when I do a run only the root files are backuped and all subdirectories are ignored.

But when I set the remote path to <remotesitename>:/cms

it will backup this directory with all sub directories, so it looks as if the root setting is the problem. Creating a backup file for every sub-directory is not a option (than I can just as well look for a other tool). So I really hope someone can help me out with a good advice because I like the ipswitch FTP pro and hate it to use different tools for every single task.

Cheers
Igor
