As far as I know the only thing that happened which started all this is when a second ftp batch job for the same site with the same file name ran before the first one finished. I did al the suggestions. If it is Windows XP, check to see if you have DEP enabled for all Programs or just Windows programs. Delete all the transferhistory.dat files including the TransferHistory_tools1 thru TransferHistory_tools7.
