I am trying to use the sync feature. The folder on each system contains approximately 8000 files, 2000 folders and 400 MB of data. When I did the initial download from the remote system to my local system (into a new, empty folder), it missed about two dozen files. When I did a sync from Loc2 (remote) to Loc1 (local), it copied the remaining files so that the counts matched on the two systems.

I have the options set to maintain the file data/time stamps, but it doesn't seem to do this for folders, so now when I try to sync again, and most of the folders have different date/time stamps than the corresponding folders on the remote system, it wants to copy everything all over again, even though 99% of the files are unchanged.

Is there any way to make this work?
