Any user with administrative rights works fine, but if someone with only user level access tries to run the program, it freezes.

I ran the application compatibility toolkit to find what its trying to access that requires admin priveleges and it returned the program directory and two registry keys for internet explorer that its trying to write to. I cleared up the program directory, but giving access to the IE keys in the registry to users is a bit tricky.

Anyone have experience with this?

Andrew
