You must delete the file psapi.dll from the installation directory to get around that error. I'm not using Citrix or Terminal server but I do connect to a server using RDP and then try to lause WS_FTP and I get the 'Never' box hang.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had found this solution once but failed to document where I found it. Then I run into the problem again. It took me a long time to find solution.
