Anyone know how to post such a request?

RE: Email Notification Question - 2007

I also have a question about the e-mail notification, will the e-mail notification also trigger if the sync utility is used? I tested to see if it works by changing the user login to the site, the transfer failed, but the notification did not trigger. Does the notification only work when the site is logged in?

Email Notification Question - 2007

Regarding the email notification feature built-in to the product under the Options section - it looks like it can be configured to send emails just fine if file transfers are successful or failed (or both), but is there a way to configure it to send email notifications if the ftp connection fails? We're evaluating the product now for automated ftp transfers, but I wanted to make sure I could add enough error checking into it to automatically send a notification if ws_ftp is unable to connect to a destination ftp server. Any information would be appreciated!

Mike
