Often if you involve the security team to open a firewall ports, they will want the whole product security tested etc.</P><P>Is it possible to set up the system to only use ports 80 and 443? I was thinking if the central web console is running under SSL only, then port 80 could be used for connection from the Remote Site to the Central Site??</P><P>Thanks in advance :cool:Fri, 07 Sep 2007 04:18:17 GMTChris_E_Dunnehttp://forums.ipswitch.com/Topic36239-42-1.aspxThe communication between remote sites and the central site happens on a different port than the web interface.<br>You can configure it from the console by going to Configure > Program Options: Select "Remote Site Configuration" and change the TCP Port under Central Site connection information. The default is 9394. You may have to open this port on your firewall if it is blocked.
