Win2000 Pro: On initial installation I get an error message, something like Trouble Communicating With Client (I don't remember exactly). I found a knowledgebase article that said to uncheck the Select Which Outlook Folders To Synchronize box. The installation then seems to complete OK, but the WGS items (Share & Settings) still don't show up in the Outlook Tools menu. Help!

2. WinXP Pro (SP2): The installation completes without error and then prompts for a reboot. Even after the reboot the WGS Items (Share & Settings) don't show up in the Outlook Tools menu. Help!

Both machines are running Outlook 2002.
