Log says delivery failed but mail gose though

Hello, I am having a problem fidnig out why some messages sent buy us get to the destination, but the server thinks that it did not, so it tries again and again and before you know wit the person has 20 copies of the email. Here is a log entry form my server.

IN the Cisco ASA Firewall the inbound packet is being blocked. my guess is that it the packet saying that the message was received. Why is that last packet getting blocked. Is it a configuration error in my server or theirs. Can i change anything to get this to stop?
