I've been running ICS for about 1 month now, with very few problems. I just upgraded to ICS 2.21 which includes IM 2.04. The program installs good, I've opened port 5177 on my firewall for all users, and communication to the IM/IMail server appears good (everything else is working 100%). But when attempting to login with user@mycompany.com, I get an invalid user error. I did almost zero setup on the IM server as it appeared to get all the information it needed from the ICS/IMail database. The host name is correct, and there are no aliases needed or setup.

It would be very nice if I could at least see the user list, which appears to be blanked when using the IMail database.
