Ipswitch Collaboration Suite Release 2 is here, and it includes a number of new capabilities, such as enhanced anti-spam and Outlook folder sharing, encryption of e-mail with SSL, and Anti-Phishing with SPF.

All ICS customers are entitled to a free upgrade to Release 2. As with IMail 8.20, the product is license keyed, so be sure to print out or write down the license key presented to you in the download center. Without a license key, the product will run as a 30-day evaluation.

With this new release, we are adding a 1,000 user license tier, and for a limited time, offering upgrades from ICS Standard to ICS Premium edition.

Some highlights of ICS 2:

- New Premium Anti-Spam reduces spam and virtually eliminates false positives (Premium and ISP/EDU editions)

- Additional anti-spam features include SPF to block phishing attacks, and scanning for broken MIME headers, plain text links and deceptive URLs.

- Outlook users can now set permissions for sharing their own calendars, contacts and other Outlook folders. (Standard and Premium editions)

- Encrypted e-mail transport with SSL for SMTP, POP and IMAP.
