IM Databse and Imail Server Database Integration

Can it be posible for future versions to Integrate the IM User Databse and the Imail Server Database

I installed IM server on my imail server

My original idea is to use the imail user database, so I don't have to add all the users to the IM database (over 2000 users)

But I have come across with the need to add users outside my imail server (form a diffrent mail provider)

It would be great to be able to add this users.

How do I get this to a wish list (also to request audio and video capabilities and how to add more smilies for the imclient to use)
