We have 2 offices and were running 2 IM servers, one at each office. The problem is that if I'm having a conversation at this office with someone here local and then go and add someone from the other office. They will not see the beginning of the conversation. And vice versa!! For example, if 2 of our employees in Pittsburgh are having a conversation and they add me to the conversation (I'm in Allentown, PA) I will not see whatever they were talking about.
