For example, 3 users are logged on to a terminal server, each as unique users with their own profile (i.e., let me be clear, there is NO sharing of user IDs). User A sends an IM to User B, but it pops up on User C's desktop instead. User C sends an IM to User A, but it ends up landing on User B.
