Here i mean POP3 access.

If the channel is slow (usually dialup) your users may read data up to 30 minutes. During this period your main.mbx locked and all messages arriving to this user will either accumulates in servers queue or in main.nbx.

The only decision in that situation either decrease mailbox size for particular users or replace them from pop3 to another mail service (web messaging for example)

Mails are not getting deleted

Hello All,

I am facing the problem in Imail 8.0 version that the users are not able to delete the messages from their mailbox.

Then what I need to do is to create a folder and move the messages from main folder to other folder and then back to the main folder. Then it get started working.

Also I have seen that in user mailbox a file named main.nbx is created. This happens quite often to user mailbox is there any fix that needs to be applied in order to rectify this problem.

I did search in knowledgebase but it says that it creates .nbx and you need to delete. But this is not the proper remedy.

Has anyone knows to resolve this permanently ?

Abhijeet
