the problem is on the recipient's end

sender start transaction successfully and finished it successfully with >.

after the end of data command >. the recipient's server must processing this data over server's queue, but for some reason on the servers side the data could not be processed.

so the recipient's address return error before sender disconnect session

in other word the recipient receive the data but reject further processing of email

Yeah, should have included the domains. The sender's domain is crowncap.com while the recipient's domain is agassiz.biz

It's useless to ask for help diagnosing problems sending to a remote domain without providing the REAL domain.

On your own, I'd recommend going to www.dnsreport.com and looking up their domain.

Hi.

We have a client tried to send a message to a particular recipient but failed repeatedly. The result is the same no matter which account is used in the sender's email domain.

This client's email is hosted on a 3rd party mail server but they use our iMail server (v 7.07) as the outgoing mail server because we provide their Internet connection.

Here is the typical log entries on our server for a failed message:

What is that "s: s" in the log entries represents? I asked our client to send a blank test message to that recipient and the result is the same.

Could it has something to do with the recipient's mail server (it is listed as ESMTP MDaemon 6.8.4)? This is because our client have no problem sending emails to other domains.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
