What I am trying to do is to either reroute the confirmation emails from imail to a junk mail box or delete them completely. I have included outbound rules that state "Subject Contains Error Message" or "Subject Contains Successful Unsubscribe" then delete. I've also tried to have these rerouted(not copied) to another mailbox. I am seeing these emails in that mailbox. I've used @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com, @ualr.edu and @hardwyre.com. I am not receiving the subscribe/unsubscribe messages in these, which is ideal. However, @interswim.com and @softwyre.com are receiving them. @hardwyre and @softwyre are on the same server so its confusing as to why one is receiving them and not the other. I hope this answers your question enough to off a suggestion.

Post examples of your rule and failing and passing domains.

Are the domains all non-local to your IMail box?

Does anyone have any idea why outbound rules will apply to some email addresses and not others? I have set outbound rules to prevent any messages (subscribe/unsubscribe/mode change responses) from being sent to the user. The problem is that these auto messages from imail are being received by some addresses and not others. I can't seem to discern why it works with half of the emails. None of the users should be receiving these messages. Has anyone had this problem or can offer any suggestions? I'm new at this! Thanks!
