Recently our HR department came to me and wanted to be able to recieve TLS/SSL emails from an outside source. I did some changes and everything was working (email headers showed inbound TLS).</P><P>Now the HR department wants to be able to send encrypted emails (TLS/SSL) emails amongst themselves and to outside sources. Each of these people are using outlook 2003 as their email clients.</P><P>What is needed for the HR department to send the encrypted emails? Currently Enable dedicated ssl listener and enable TLS is enabled for imap, pop3, and smtp.</P><P>I've tried many different variations to no avail. We're using a self signed certificate on the email server. I tried installing the certificate (via IE), setting the outlook to ssl on both pop and smtp.</P><P>From what I can see, I need to get a digital ID for each of our users that need to encrypt email - correct?
