Changing the portnumber back and forth apparently fixed this issue.

LDAP service fails to start

As of late we are unable to get the LDAP service to start.
We are currently using version 9.23 of IMAIL server.

We've followed the instructions as described here:

The following error appear in eventvwr:
The IMail LDAP Service service terminated with service-specific error 19 (0x13).
EventID: 7024
Source: SCM

When trying:
slapd.exe -t

I get:
config check failed
