Where are the Premium Anti Spam Logs

I have been trying to find the premium anti spam logs. They are supposed to be formatted SPAMMMDDYY.log.

I have checked in the StarEngine\logging folder

And in the spool folder

Alas they are nowhere to be found.

I am a recent upgrade to version 10.

I have logging turned on for Premium AS in the Service tab.

And I have restarted the Que Manager several times.

Please help!! I am getting false positives and I have no idea why. Without logs, I cannot determine the reason.
