However, now when accessing the web client, we get a "&lt;SPAN style="COLOR: #ff3300; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana"&gt;Server Application Unavailable&lt;FONT color=#1f5080&gt;" message. The admin client still works. Access to mail using Outlook is still working.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="COLOR: #ff3300; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana"&gt;&lt;FONT color=#1f5080&gt;It worked fine before the upgrade. It looks like all the permissions are still set for .NET 2.0, but obviously something went wrong with the upgrade. This is the 3rd upgrade where something has gone wrong. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="COLOR: #ff3300; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana"&gt;&lt;FONT color=#1f5080&gt;PS: The knowledge base refers to a Microsoft website which is for .NET 1.1, not 2.0, plus it's for an older version of IIS. I'm running this on Server 2003 with IIS 6.0. It's extremely important to get this back up and running since there is no other way to access what's in the Junk folders.
