Today I got an alert saying one of my users had sent an email with a virus. I've been trying to track this down all day. The email that I was alerted about was apparently repaired because the recipient received it. So I turned off the repair function and had him send the same files to me. Email arrived without attachments so I assume AV deleted them. So I went to his computer and copied the 3 files and ran them through virustotal.com and they were all clean. Can someone please tell me what's going on? Is this a false positive (on all 3 files!!??) or is something else going on?
