Make a job, put this in the "Run:" section under the Task tab

(Drive):\(Directory)\cmd.exe /C (Drive):\(Imail Directory)\immsgexp.exe -t(drive):\xxxx -d## -m****.mbx

xxxx is the folder to scan for mail boxes (note: it will scan all folders and subfolders under this directory)

## is number of days before delete.

**** is the mail box you wish to clean

Is there a utility to schedule deletion of mail in designated mail boxes? Some users do not interface with their accounts frequently enough to manually clean out the mail (mostly junk) that piles up, which makes email account unusable in a short period of time. There must be some utility within iMail that facilitates this need. As an admin, I do not have the time to do this manually for every domain/user on the server. The server is running iMail 8.x
