I have read the forums that relate to this and it seems that none of the solutions work or apply.</P><P>We had a drive failure and migrated our Imail to a new server. We are using Imail Secure Server 9.1 with a SQL database. </P><P>We have not had any issues until today. We realized the when we set up a new mail account that account user can not load the default page in webmail.</P><P>It logs them in then pops up an IE error message that says: </P><P>Error Type: LoadXML</P><P>Description: Incorrect XML</P><P>After clickin ok the left panel stays blank and the top right panel just keeps spinning.</P><P>Users already set up have no problem logging in.</P><P>I have tried resetting IIS as mentioned in an earlier post and have ruled out an Access DB issue since we use SQL. I also tried resetting the thread count in the DSN. None of these suggestions have worked. </P><P>Any help is greatly appreciated.Tue, 13 May 2008 20:42:01 GMTMjoyner24
