Rather than recreate everything on the new machine, is it possible to "move" the configuration? I'd think if I have everything installed in the same location on both servers, shut off the services on the current host, copy the mailboxes/program folders/registry entries to the new host, change the IP of the new host to match the old one (after changing the old host's IP, obviously), then start the services on the new one, everything should work fine, yes? I'd think when the services were started, they'd pick up the config from the registry/program folders and just go.
