It will be 9.x or 8.x or such.Thu, 17 Apr 2008 05:04:44 GMTJohn Thttp://forums.ipswitch.com/Topic42885-10-1.aspxHELP!</P><P>I have an IMail 2006 server that i recently upgraded to version 23. ever since then my users can't get attachments that are coming from our Toshiba phone system. the phone system sends an email with a .tif attachment to the specified user everytime the user recieves a fax. the attachments worked fine in previous versions of IMail 2006 but now all they get is a message saying that it has an attachment but the attachment only shows a red X in the body of the message. if i right click on the X and find the URL of the attachment; copy and paste it into another browser window i can get the attachment but not in the IMail web interface. this happens for all users and my users aren't savvy enough to perform the stated actions.
