Thankfully they fixed it.Tue, 01 Apr 2008 22:04:35 GMTcosmos_riderhttp://forums.ipswitch.com/Topic42092-10-1.aspxI'm not sure how often you guys run into this, about once a week for us a user will state they cannot see their inbox or spam folder... getting a red-x error message in webmail.<br><br>If that happens, don't delete the mailbox mbx file... instead delete the .xml file for the inbox or spam folder in their user folder. like spam.xml.... this refreshes the page and fixes the issue keeping their emails in tack.
