We disabled statistics collection and still have a slow WUP server. The NmService.exe spikes to 100% very frequently. We're thinking maybe it has to do with the web interface refreshing. Has anyone tested WUP on a hyperthreaded vs non-hperthreaded server to see if that makes any difference? We're curious if there's a problem with HT processors.

Thanks,
Scott

Our company does not use a Hyper Threaded Processor, it's a standard P4 from Dell.

I have hyperthreading and no issue.

Reading, writing and arithmetic - If you need to choose, please take option 1.

This CPU issue is wearing thin. I've tried every fix stated here, to no avail.
