I wounder which name it should be on the tables in a exteranal databas under a specific domain. So the system can recive its emails and so on.

This is all in the manual.

The default table name for virtual host mail.example.com is mail_example_com: periods simply converted to underscores.  (This is used when you leave '[default]' as the table name in the ODBC setup within IMail Administrator.)  You can change the table name to whatever you want, though the default method is pretty darn efficient and guarantees consistency.
