Ok so I have installed SP1 and have found something quite quirky. Before I

ran Discover Devices on the network, I configured the routers device type

to include link up and link down traps. However, there is no way to link

the passive monitor to any action policy?

Am I missing something here? I mean WUG let me assign snmp traps to a Group

alert, why not in WUP? At this time, I will have to revisit all of my

routers and manually add of the alerts that need to be associated with snmp

traps. Is there a hack for this? Thanks
