In WUP w/SP1, I cannot get sound actions to work on any monitored device either through the console or the Web interface. Unfortunately, I did not try configuring sound actions prior to applying SP1 so I don't know if it is because of SP1 or if it has always been a problem. I can successfully test the sound action through the action library and other actions, such as e-mail alerts, work fine for all devices. The WhatsUp Engine service was originally running as LocalSystem and I checked the box to allow interaction with the desktop but that did not help. I also tried changing the LogOn account for the service to a local administrator but that did not help, either. Any ideas? Thanks!

Disregard my post. After reading some other messages, it appears that this functionality is just not included in WUP.
