Hello,

I configured a device to be monitored through SNMP. I wanted to monitor all performances of this host. Later I decided that a specific memory item needs to be un-monitored. Also if I un-check it in the device panel, WUG always shows this item in the web interface under the Device Disk/Memory/CPU panel. Is there a way to hide this item ? I think that it shows old data it captured when the control was enabled.

Best regards.

I've read the entire manual of WUG 12 but I didn't find a solution to this problem.

I've opened 2 support tickets but nobody answered.

I don't know what I can do to turn off this item from web interface !

Best regards.

Not sure, but I think that you will see them until the recorded data has expired, which will happen sooner or later depending on the settings you made in Configure > Program Options > Report Data.

Reading, writing and arithmetic - If you need to choose, please take option 1.

I've made changes and I'm waiting for results. Anyway, the minimum expiry time is fixed at 2 days. This solution unfortunately couldn't solve my problem. When I decide that I don't need an item of a Performance Monitor I shouldn't see on the web interface. Consider if you make a Top10 report, you'll see items that take your screen but that shouldn't be monitored.

Regards.

Hello,

after 1 day specific item data is always there. WUG didn't exclude it from viewing inside the web application.

Unfortunately we didn't receive an official answer from IpSwitch's support.

Best regards.
