| | Hi, I connected to a Windows 2003 Server, where we have WS_FTP Server with SSH installed, via Remote Desktop and downloaded the WS_FTP Pro 2007.1 setup package, but when I attempt to run it, it appears in the process list in Task Manager briefly then disappears and no messages are displayed as to why it fails. Is there a problem trying to install via Remote Desktop, or does it not run on Windows 2003 Server, or is there another reason why the install doesn't start? |

| | As the WS_FTP Pro is a licensed copy, I downloaded it from myIpswitch. To test the install, I ran the EXE on my desktop, and an exception was raised which was caught by my Visual Studio 2005. The message is: "Unhandled exception at 0x0040c7aa in wsftp20071_SNxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x69666974." |
