First of all it's a great product, and I'm currently working on management to get some money released :-)

Small gripe - it does a cool job of recognising all out Cisco IP Phones, but it cannot work out what our Cisco ATA's are.  They are standard Cisco ATA186I2-A devices, so I would have expected them to show correctly, but they show as unknown.  Am I missing something obvious here?

Thanks

Simon Bradley

I am not as familiar with the ATA product, does it support SNMP and do you have it enabled?

If it supports SNMP, can you identify its SysObjectID?

They don't seem to support SNMP, and therefore do not report an OID.  On the other hand, our "normal" IP Phones don't seem to talk SNMP either, so I'm guessing WhatsConnected is using a different method of identification.  (I base that only on the fact that no OID is shown for the IP Phones, but they do show an IP Phone tab in the  device details)
