Since I upgraded WS_FTP Pro PDF's that I automatically send each night are being received corrupt - we're noticing that the file shrinks a few KB and then when you try and view you get a font error. We're using WS_FTP Pro 2007.11.12 - I can manually send the file and it has the same problem, the automated script has not changed.

Here is a log file of an automated transfer of a 106KB file:

Based on your post it sounds like this was working at one time.  Are you sending the same type of files?  Did you perform any software updates (new version of FTP Pro vs. older version)?  What has changed between now and the time when it did work?
