| | I was wondering if anyone had any input as to why WUG occassionally reports an invalid license error. Then after simply restarting the WUG service the error is no longer reported. This happens about every other week and is more of an annoyance than anything else. So if anyone could provide info on any preventative measures I'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance! -JD |

| | We are recieving the same error which requires a restart of the Ipswitch services that unless it decides to go away by itself after 10 minutes. We are using verison 12. The error is generated by Whatsup as it is a Whatsup created webpage. Is there a fix for this yet?

| | Is the "Invalid License" error you are getting displayed by the web interface or the console? |

| There is no error when the services are restarted or when the console is started. The error is quite random it seems. It can happen several times a day or none... at least that is what is being reported to me by our operations folks.

| | Ok. Thanks. I am trying to narrow down the scope so I can understand the problem better. Next time you see the error, would it be possible for you to run the console immidiately (before restarting the services) and see if you get invalid licese error there too? |
