| | I was wondering if anyone can help we send out large amounts of mail to our community and alot of people are claiming that they don't get the mail. In one specific test with 2 email accounts. We seem to have gotten the email to one account but not the other? The email from Lesters@symall.com did infact go to shanini86@yahoo.com. But for some reason the email from Cantaloup@SyMall.com> never got ot shanini86@yahoo.com. | | I am having the exact same issues. I can send to Hotmail, GMail, corporate email addresses, as well as other Imail users, but I cannot send to Yahoo email addresses. It don't really make any sense at all. Would this be happening because of Yahoo "greylisting" IP's on my IMail server? If so, how could I get Yahoo to reverse it? Any and all help is greatly appreciated!! Thank you in advance!! |

| Does your server have proper A records and coorsponding PTR records for the IP addresses involved?

| | Our problem has been fixed by checking the "Verbose Logging" check box within the SMTP settings of the IMail interface.
