| Hi
So I've got a ticket open with IPSwitch trying to figure out what happened to my reports after we moved from sql express to a full sql server. When I click on reports tab in the web interface (or even via the console), it brings up the page with the various groups (system, performance, problem areas, etc) and where it used to show reports under each group, it now shows nothing. If I manually browse to the report .asp file, it brings up the report as expected, just not by browsing to it.
I've been working with IPSwitch on this issue, but I've seen a few cases where the forums provide better support...so if anyone out there has any ideas on this, please send them along. Thanks again. Cheers

| | That means your move to full SQL Server was not completed successfully. What version of WUG are you using? |

| | We have had similar issues, where we have migrated from SQL2005 Express to Full SQL2005. I initially struggled to get into the Web Interface, until i changed the logon credentials of the services to the DBO on the SQL Server Database. I now get access to the web interface, however i now have trouble with the reporting function. The Top 10 reports shows no data, and it looks like there are issues, with the date formats. Other reports more specifically the Device Reports are only real time Data, the historical data failed to convert the date formats. 80040E07 idispatch #3079 I am now looking for a fix for this. Andy
