I installed WhatsConnected was prompted to re-activate WUG, plugged in the serial number, did an offline activation. Closed WUG/WhatsConnected after some work, opened it again; rinse lather repeat. No matter what I do I'm prompted to activate WUG again. Very frustrating to the point my next question will be; how do I get rid of WhatsConnected.

What is the serial number that you are trying to activate with? Also, what happens when you go through the activation process, are there any errors? Are you seeing a success message?

There is a success message. I've used both serials (WUG and WhatsConnected).

The license type for the WhatsConnected TPP is an evaluation license. This is why you are seeing this dialog. Click "Continue Evaluation" in order to use the product. Once the TPP has ended, you can enter your current serial and the product will be activated as a normal license. The TPP license expires on December 10th.

How do I uninstall WhatsConnected then? I'm not using it as its current form and scalability is worthless to me. Great product though.

I am facing the samewith Licensing(evaluation). My serial Number is [REMOVED]

What next? How doi get an evaluation license to activate the application.

Does an evaluation user get technical support? I tried to submit an request with support. I mentioned this licensing problem in detailed. When i submitted the request, it quit with an error message.

The license you gave is for a WhatsUp Gold 12.3 evaluation. If you would like a WhatsUp Gold 12.3 with WhatsConnected TPP license, you need to register for one here: http://license.ipswitch.com/TechnicalPreviewProgram/WhatsConnected.aspx
