unable to load engine configuration file

Downloaded and installed the 12.3.1 version ( as far as I could tell all went well )

trying to bring up WhatsConnected and get the following

Could not load engine configuration file: The magic number in the GZip header is not correct. Make sure you are passing a GZip stream

Could you upload your netview-engine-config.cfg file to the this thread and I can take a look.

have attached .cfg file ( renamed it to .jpg as .cfg not accepted ) hope this get attached properly for you
