Hi,

First of all, Ipswitch NetFlow Monitor is available only on WhatsUp version 12.3, not in version 11.

Second, once you install WhatsUp ver 12.3, there is a new service (Ipswitch NetFlow Collector) that listen by default on port 9999 UDP.  So, the only thing you need to do is to configure your routers to send netflow traffic to the collector.  How to do that it varies depending on your need and your hardware.

Hope this help.
