I just refreshed my license for v12 to try out netflow, but when I click any of the Configure options under NetFlow in the web interface, all I get is 404 Page Not Found. Also none of the help seems to be available for netflow either. How can I fix this?

Hi!

Netflow is available starting from version 12.3. It does not work on v12. It seems that you have v12, so you would need to upgrade from 12 to 12.3

We purchased What'sUp Gold just a few weeks ago... how do I upgrade it to 12.3?
