| | I have been unable to contact Ipswitch all day. I have tried numerous times to contact phone support, but just get the "Hold" music and the typical message. I tried sending an email to support, but it got rejected. Is anyone else having the same problems?

| | Hey Norm, Sorry you were unable to get through today, we are actually closed on Columbus Day. Which leaves me a little curious why you didn't get a message stating that. What was the number that you called? ou also mentioned that your email got "rejected", can you provide me some details on how it was rejected. Also, if you would like to send me a quick note about what issues you are having along with your serial number and contact information, I can make sure that someone in tech support gets back with you first thing Tuesday. | | I've been unable to get through to anyone today, despite 4 separate attempts. I either was dropped off hold after a long wait or was transferred to never ending phone ringing. I left a message hours ago, but have yet to hear from anyone. Joe |

| | Closed on Columbus day???? What kind of garbage is that? Columbus day is only celebrated back east. And who cares what holiday it is? People need support 24 x 7 x 365 |

| It seems nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone holiday or not. Is this normal?
