Hi Leo, there is not an issue with SSH transfers in general.  This issue has been reported a few times but there is not a single specific fix that I have seen yet.  Can you enable debug logging on your client and try the connection / transfer again?  I would like you to send me the complete debug log once you see the transfer failure as listed in the initial post.

Hi - there was a hotfix created to address this exact issue (hotfix 1&2) with 2007 Pro when using SSH, so this has to be a known issue with the software. I can grab 20 KB+ files without issue using putty, so the problem definately lies with WS_FTP Pro 2007. Is there a config file somewhere that can be modified to allow 20 KN+ transfers under SSH? I can't see anything obvious.

We had the same issue.

From what I understand this does not affect all remote connections. The company we are connecting to are using GXS and there is an issue with the 20KB limit.

We reverted to WS_FTP Professional 2006 and the problem was resolved.

The only problem we had after the reverting to 2006 was the MGET * \\path did not work. We had to put a line before with a LCD to the path.
