After upgrading to WUG 12.3, when I try to add a monitor to a device, or try to edit just about any object, I get the following error:

Error=80004005
ErrorMessage=Unspecified error
Description=Data provider or other service returned an E_FAIL status

I have Windows 2003 Server (x86) with 6GB RAM and SQL 2005 SP1.  I have upgraded SQL server from 2000, 2005.  I have another database running on this SQL instance.  This is also installed as a default instance.

Has anyone come across this?
