| | All of the sudden, with no warning, the imail interface beocmes unavailable. The problem expressed in this article is the exact same symptom/errors we are experiencing. http://blogs.msdn.com/david.wang/archive/2005/09/21/HOWTO-Diagnose-IIS6-failing-to-accept-connections-due-to-Connections-Refused.aspx I've attached a screen shot of poolmon.exe What we tried... -Restarting IIS -Restarting IIS Admin Service -Killing inetinfo.exe (which automatically restarts). Restarting the StarEngine Service (part of IMail anti-spam - largest user of memory) All this server does is run IMail, DNS, and Symantec Endpoint Protection. (We've exclude the entire IMail folder) Both the default site + IMail website become unavailable. We have to restart the server to get it to come back up. We didn't appear to be out of memory. TIA!

| | I've done some more searching but couldn't come up with anything. Has anyone ever experienced this problem? I'm scared it's going to happen again. |

| Have you reviewed the IIS logs for things like hack attempts and denial of service attacks?
